The positive affirmations on the walls. The color purple! I love that I can tan, massage, workout, shower! There are plenty of varieties of machines and other equipment. I have only 1 complaint: Fox News on the television. There is no reason to have a channel on that has nothing positive and tells lie after lie. It saddens me to see that a business broadcasts this. I really just try to not look at it, as it is upsetting. P.S. Nina is my favorite. I signed on because she made me feel so welcomed 🙂

The staff is always welcoming & willing to answer any questions I may have. The gym is clean & there are plenty of machines to use even when it is busy. I like that you do not have to worry about being judged there, people just go to work out & that is it.

Good staff and Lucy is a wonderful manager. Good with staff and members. HOWEVER, corporate needs to listen to the members and employees as we know what works and what doesn't for our location. We need more treadmills and far fewer ellipticals. Treadmills see far more usage than the ellipticals.
