The The man who helped me get my membership went the extra mile for me. We were having trouble with my cash app card and he did his magic because he wanted me to have a membership and got to pushing the right buttons and got the account and routing information correct? Without that I wouldn't have had this great membership and I thank him for that. You people try to help folks as well as let them work out. Thank you
Second day in the gym. Signed up with Heather yesterday. It was a positive experience. So far, the facilities are clean and well kept. Someone was vacuuming when I was there today. Yesterday, someone was filling the cleaning stations. There is one person at the front desk that is not engaged and onboard with the PF program but they are easy to avoid. Most of the equipment is operational, I saw a few placards denoting equipment being down for repairs. There are 4 steppers and one is out of service so I never could get to it today. No worries. There are many opportunities for a workout if you don’t find the machine you want. Overall, my first experiences have left me fairly impressed. There are always opportunities for improvement.
