lots of equipment and equipment variety, loveeeeeeee the tutorials you can get from scanning your QR code -- super duper helpful. the vibe is also good! only thing I'd change is being able to track activity on specific machines in the apps activity section (or even just having an option for arm machines/leg machines) overall great though

It feels safe. It is never so busy that you can't find the machines you need in a timely way. It is visually pleasing -- both the configuration of machines and the color scheme. I have (rarely) asked for help from someone behind the desk and gotten it! I acually look forward to "working out" because of you. I"m 82, have had indifferent experiences with gyms at various times, none of them lasting, and this is the first one that I love . I also love the underlying "acceptance of differences" ideology. No gym intimidation, indeed! Thank you, Marcia Slatkin.
