I love our Planet Fitness. The staff always makes me feel welcome. However, I am very upset that many of the TVs aren't' working and haven't worked for a long time. Also, often machines are not working properly and it takes too long to have them repaired.

The PF team is very helpful, the manager is very approachable and willing to answer questions any time. I've said it before, but the team also keeps the place really clear. I've been to a couple other locations and they definitely weren't as well maintained.

Planet Fitness staff are very helpful. It has a large variety of machines. Parking is excellent for a person with a disability. Only downside is that the bikes are much too close….. If you have a disability it is impossible to use them. Need much more space between them.
