Very comfortable no one monitors the back circle and it is interrupted by people who can’t read or want to sit on phone very rude the sign says staff monitoring but it lies

Great customer service, always clean and tidy, ample machines. Cons- the huge ceiling fans create a cold breeze in the morning and many other members mention it as well. There is a girl who works in the afternoon with arm tattoos and her first name starts with an “A”, couldn’t remember from her name tag, she is not pleasant. She is cold, never speaks and when I want to tan and she’s entering my info in the computer, doesn’t say a word, no eye contact…she’s the ONLY one at that gym who doesn’t engage and is rude!

Clean facility and nice friendly staff.Very helpful. Upkeep on the machines is always done. The black card experience is really good. They always have all of their massage bed standing beds. Standing booths and massage chairs in good working order and always very clean.

It’s clean, big, and you have lots of nice equipment. But you really need to add a hip thrust machine to target glutes.
