Everything has been great. We had trouble tanning. Our wavers for tanning did not show up on the computer and one of the ladies would not let us tan (she was very rude). Though we had already tanned twice before and our waivers were there. We waited an additional 15 minutes. The other staff was VERY nice.

It’s great to be able to workout at any location so I can plan it with my changing days. The staff at each location have ALL been very nice- happy employees means good management. The hydromassage at Knightdale is thankfully deeper than the other two locations I’ve visited.
