I had wanted to start my fitness journey for a couple months and finally started with a coworker that said Planet Fitness had, "The best equipment for a good price". I met him there early in the morning and he showed me the facility. The staff was understanding about my phone situation and that I wasn't able to add the app to my device. They worked with me to get a black card and to help me understand all that was required. I continue to enjoy going every morning. The facility is always clean and the additional massages, tanning beds and red light therapy are an awesome addition to those who have a black card. Other welcome aspect are the strategically placed trash cans throughout the facility which makes it easy to clean off the equipment after use; the water fountains and water bottles that are available; for those like me who forget sometimes to bring water; and the snacks that are available for a pre or post workout energy boost. Although I haven't been to many other workout facilities, it seems to me that Planet Fitness is the best bang for your buck and I highly recommend it to those who, like me, want to start the fitness journey - Isaac Flores

The staff is always very welcoming. The gym always looks clean. Many different and new machines make it fun to want to try something new. I'm a religious tanning bed guest and I usually never have to wait for a bed to be available and if I do is only a few minutes.

Everything is clean paper towels, toilet paper and sanitizer are always full plenty of machines is always something I want to use available to me. I really love relaxing in the massage chair after a workout. People are very friendly. I really enjoy that.
