My teenage daughter is also a member and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the employees there have her back. We experienced unprovoked bullying by another teen at our location and my daughter felt comfortable enough to talk to the staff about it. Not only did they handle it immediately, they followed through with making sure that individual understood they broke PF policies. My daughter’s safe place is the gym and the employees there continue to make sure she has that. To them I say THANK YOU!

Love the place. I have had 5 heart attacks and I am nearly 80 years old. I need to walk every day. Sometimes with the bad weather, it's a must to go to Planet. I enjoy the treadmills up there and I can do 45 minutes and get 1 1/2 miles in. The people who work there are great and the cleaning stations and good and the water station and the bathrooms are the best. I would have to travel far to get to another gym. I live in Kutztown, so this is perfect. I hope you never close. Now I want to shoot for 90. Hope I make it. [NAME REMOVED]

It was amazing Karen took her time and helped me through the oceans. Sadly I didn’t get her managers name but he is amazing as well they both were knowledgeable and informative and the greetings at the door are top notch. I highly encourage everyone in Kutztown to swing on by. The made my day with there professionalism and friendliness.

Great facility. Very friendly and helpful staff! Wish that you’d stay open an hour later each night, maybe 11:00pm M-T and 8 or 9:00pm F-S. The other night I passed 3 people coming in at 9:30pm. Your evening hours don’t provide enough time to workout for people with evening obligations.
