It was amazing Karen took her time and helped me through the oceans. Sadly I didn’t get her managers name but he is amazing as well they both were knowledgeable and informative and the greetings at the door are top notch. I highly encourage everyone in Kutztown to swing on by. The made my day with there professionalism and friendliness.

Great facility. Very friendly and helpful staff! Wish that you’d stay open an hour later each night, maybe 11:00pm M-T and 8 or 9:00pm F-S. The other night I passed 3 people coming in at 9:30pm. Your evening hours don’t provide enough time to workout for people with evening obligations.

I really love going to the Kutztown Planet Fitness. Staff and other members are friendly. I would recommend putting a sign up, asking patrons to be conscious of the amount of time they are on their phones while occupying the equipment.
