Everything is great with the Black Diamond Membership. The facility is clean, the equipment is in great condition, the locker room is clean. Why a 9 and not a 10,,,,,,,,, because the lamps in the tanning beds are never properly serviced. The beds are no longer capable of providing any level of tanning that is noticeable or useful. I used the tanning beds in the past to prepare for summer and my travels to the Grand Canyon for a Rim-to-Rim hike. Prepping for the hike includes getting a base tan that will help to prevent any type of sun injury. Any sun injury in that environment would hamper the success of completing the hike. I have planned for previous hikes over the years. Each year the beds become less effective, each year I tell PF during these surveys that the beds need to be properly serviced.

24 hours would be great, or even opening at 5am instead of 7am would be awesome. A lot of the workers are super friendly and welcoming. And they keep it pretty clean!

Plenty of machines. Would like if they had "nustep" or something similar. I am a physical therapist and many of my elderly patients prefer that due to certain limitations and they are only available at the YMCA. Would have kept my membership but got some home equipment due to difficulty getting to the gym with 3 yound kids
