I have hired thousands of people in my career and your morning La Quinta Team is just outstanding. Close proximity to my house - mostly friendly staff. it is frustrating when the towel dispensers are already empty @ 9:00 in the AM and there are 3 people at the front desk (sitting or leaning against the counters) just talking to each other - Yelling "welcome" - but not actually making eye contact or breaking their conversation. Mayra seems to be the only once who actually is constantly working, cleaning, chatting with members, etc. It would be SO simple for the staff to learn the names of the "regulars" - Overall gym is spacious & has great equipment options
