I like that I have a personal trainer and can use the app to schedule sessions at my convenience. The gentleman who is my trainer Vincent Palestro is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Vincent patiently guides me through the sessions giving encouragement and guidance. I have made steady progress and have lost 11 lbs and several inches. The woman who cleans the gym is diligent in her preforming the daunting task of keeping things clean. The manager is present and works well alongside staff.

It’s convenient, I’ve made friends over the 5+ years I’ve been going to this location. It’s clean. BUT I do find in the Summer when the younger kids are able to come the bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Machines are not wiped down as often. Otherwise very nice.
