Everytime I walk in the staff greets me. It's not a one of those crazy forced hiya! Greetings. It's genuine. The gym is always clean. The people that workout there are kind and clean. I see most everyone clean up the place when the are done using equipment.

I arrive at 4:30 a.m. and the staff are the first people I talk to in an extremely busy day. They are so kind and hospitable, big smiles and very welcoming. I also like the consistency with the morning staff. This might be odd, but you have a specific type of treadmill that I also like, I think it might have more give...I use the PF in NSB as well and they have a different type that feels harder on my hips. I think it actually might be the older treadmill as there are only a handful (near the stair climbers) but I prefer to run on those. I also use the stair climber and the 30-minute express area, I use the women's locker room and showers two days a week and always satisfied with the condition of everything. It's a neat group that uses the facility at that hour and a great way to start my Wednesday and Friday mornings.
