I am not happy about the summer program of free membership for teens . It has just made the club a place to hangout . They sit on the machines and just text . They take over the club at certain hours and make it very difficult for people who actually want to exercise. I have been with Planet Fitness for years and i see no advantage to having to this program .

Gym is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there is a lot of the same machines and most are empty, no one uses them. There are machines that there just 1 or 2 of and people are always waiting for them. Perhaps, get rid of some of the useless machines and replace with something that's always in use. Thanks.

I love Planet Fitness for several reasons. I belong to the club in Bayonet Point Florida and when I visit family I go to Planet Fitness on Long Island NY. Convenient to be able to go anywhere.

I absolutely love Joshua. He was very helpful. A great listener. He answered all my questions and concerns.He Went out of his way to have patience Explaining everything to me . Because of him I will recommend your gym . I was a member of LA Fitness for 6years and found it very hard to switch gyms .the gym by me closed .

The staff is attentive and friendly-I sometimes go to the gym at 5 am and the staff at the desk are always pleasant and helpful.There is one thing I would like to let you know. My car was dinged in the parking lot and when zi asked if the people at the desk could look on the camera they said it wasn’t used for that purpose. Honestly if that happens again I’m leaving

All the treadmills are the same at Ronkonkoma. At another local PF, there are only 4 treadmills with a “cool down” button. It’s annoying. Hence, why I like Ronkonkoma (though I wish they had HGTV instead of Magnolia Network on the TVs).
