It's not super crowded when I get there. Eli knows me by name, and doesn't have any issues with me using my phone number instead of key card (Conner was super bothered by this and was very persistent that I use my key card or replace it; I don't like bringing in my keys). I like that there's a secluded area where the hip abductor and adductor is, because I don't have to worry about pervy guys staring at my lady parts while I exercise. There are plenty of Smith machines, so there's never a long wait and usually none at all. The bathrooms are always clean, the changing rooms as well, so I feel comfortable using the facilities when I need to.

Clean! Friendly staff. Well-maintained. I can do my own thing and not feel out of place. Just wish you would go back to accepting silver sneakers. I know many went elsewhere. My husband included!
