The manager at this location is so amazing. The place is so clean and the service technician is also so quick to come and fix the machines. I believe his name is Quinn. I talked with him and the manager of the location and they both were super nice and also want to provide the best quality workout experience for everyone. I love this gym so much I hate going to other locations.

I really love this location, it's always clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. I just wanted to share a couple of suggestions that might make the experience even better. Thank you for creating such a great space! The wall-mounted hand sanitizer hasn’t been working for a while, and it would also be great to have disinfecting wipes that are more natural and less harsh than the current bottled solution and paper. Also, sometimes the music in the mornings can feel a bit too intense, heavy rock doesn’t quite set the right tone for a gym environment in the morning. The Glenview location had a great balance with more neutral, upbeat music that worked well for everyone, and I’d love to see something similar here in Lake Zurich.

I like how clean the facility is, however, the cup holders or where one would set their drink often has old ‘ring’ marks from water bottles or hydration drink bottles.

the facility is clean and people do wipe down the equipment after they use it. there is a variety of different type of machines to use and plenty of them. i have never not been able to do something due to a lack of access. the staff is friendly and helpful. the music choices have gotten better and it is usually not too loud. often i don't want to hear your music and prefer to choose my own. the bathroom and locker facilities are also clean.

The workers there are amazing. Always going above and beyond to make sure you’re getting what you want/need. I wouldn’t recommend another gym to anyone. The people there are nice and friendly, I feel like I have learned proper form from other people and I have helped other people reach better habits. Overall feels like a community and I think it starts with the people at the front desk.
