I went on 9/24 at around 6pm. The staff was very friendly and the gym didnt have a lot of traffic during thst time. The machines were clean and in great condition.. I will definitely be using LZ as my HQ for working out.

The Lake Zurich location is very well run, clean and I'm always greeted when I arrive and leave. The equipment is rarely inoperative and if it is, it is fixed quickly. In addition to whomever is at the front desk, Annmarie is always making sure to greet me as well. I appreciate the friendliness. My only gripe is a corporate promotion of having teens workout for free in the summer. These are traditionally the worst clientele, horsing around on equipment with their friends and taking forever. They're generally very aloof as to others in the gym who pay to be there. This is especially frustrating because most teens have access to their high school gyms, so why reward these people and clog up the equipment for people who pay to use it?

I drive further to go to Lake Zurich location although I live closer to Mundelein. The staff is much friendlier. There are less teens that seem to take up equipment while sitting on their phones or chatting with friends - not doing anything.
