It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. It is also such a perk to have a trainer on site and as part of your membership. It has been great to work with the trainer to learn to use new equipment and different exercises I can incorporate into my workout. The trainer is knowledgeable and patient with me. Having access to a trainer has really made the gym experience so much better.

I really like how I am greeted by Chloe and Mercedes When I walk into the gym-what a way to get me going! The gym is clean and there is a variety of equipment to choose from. The staff is helpful and always have a smile and great attitude when it comes to helping out. They are constantly wiping down the equipment and cleaning the bathrooms. Chloe is quick to address a “situation” in an extremely professional way. This has by far been the best “staff” you can see by their working relationship and respect for one another. I not only Look forward to my workout but to see them too, because they make it fun!

The club is clean and the machines are all in good condition. There seems to be enough machines for everyone. I have only been coming a few week. The only thing is it is very cold inside Planet Fitness Lakeside. The huge fans are right over the bikes and I have to wear a sweatshirt to workout.

Melanie is a class act and she always goes above and beyond for her customers . She seems to put her customers first which makes her stand out a lot . She always is happy and bringing that positive energy to the gym and is always in a cheerful good mood . I see a future manager in her future !!!

Hours of operation, equipment availability and cleanliness of the gym. Only thing I would say is the downside is, I wish you had a sauna!
