I have the black card and have visited multiple different Planet Fitness locations. The one off Colfax, CO is by FAR the best. The workers remember your name, greet you and say goodbye every single time you walk in and out of the door. They keep is very clean and organized. I call this place my home base and really try to avoid other locations if I can!

Absolutely amazing when it comes to the staff, they are always helpful and attentive, as much as they can be.
However, the gym needs a major over haul and you can tell that corporate forgot about us:
+The 30 minute room has a leak in the ceiling, safety hazard
+The water heaters barely work and have maintenance done on them multiple times (however they will not buy new ones), safety hazard / inconvenience
+The lockers all need repairs or cleaned. Safety hazard / inconvenience.
+The black card members ship is only worth it for the guest that you bring, or discounts on bottled water. Inconvenience / discouraging
+The treadmills randomly get stuck on an incline, safety hazard
+Machines are limited (fly machine/ torso rotator) need replaced/repaired, inconvenience / annoying. Especially if you have a set workout.
+Planet Fitness needs major overhaul, something closer to Gym WP where I can track my sets, my reps, and my weight. Inconvenience only useful to check in taking space on my phone.
+Talks of a major remodel for over a year and seen other Planet Fitness with the sliver and black vs the purple machines and more free weights but because we are on Colfax we are forgotten...
+Last the highschool summer pass is for only 1 gym, the one you have chosen. Especially for the teenagers The future gym members they should be able to go to other planet fitnesses and see what they have to offer instead of being stuck at one gym. Annoyance / inconvenience
Would love to see all of the above changed, however I would not hold my breath. You can tell they prioritize other gyms other than this one which is a shame considering how professional the staff is at this one compared to the others....

The Staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything. All the equipment is well kept, and lot's to choose from for a good workout. All the extras to choose from are even better! Tanning, Red Lights, Massage Beds. Being able to go to any Planet Fitness, being in State or out of State is a HUGE perk. I have had my membership for 10 plus years, and plan to keep it for many more. The Price of a fully loaded membership is affordable and so much less then other gyms.
