I love this gym. The location I go to (1st and wads) is such a well equipped and clean gym. There is everything you need to get a fantastic workout in, including weight lifting equipment, which is where a lot of big box gyms fall short. The staff are always so helpful and kind, and are always on the floor cleaning and just being available. I feel very safe and comfortable there and the one time I had a concern with another patron, staff stepped in and deescalated the situation. I've been using this gym for two years and it's really done wonders for my health and fitness. 10/10.

I like that everything I need is available to me, from fitness machines, to water in case I didn't bring my own. I can purchase water. There are new machines to try and attendants on hand to answer questions.

I love coming to work out. The staff is very friendly. I wish people understood and respected the 30 minute circuit area because people sit at the weights on their phones instead of doing their workout in 30 minutes so others can do so too.
