The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming-that includes the staff and the members who attend for their exercising period. Very seldom do I have to wait for an exercising machine, and that is a big plus (smile). And to top it off, THANKS TO THE STAFF, EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS CLEAN!!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean facility, not overcrowded, Dislike- I was roped into a black card membership (with a trial offer) and kept it for a few months and then decided it was not for me and went back to Classic membership only to find an increase in price, Shame on Planet Fitness! But still the best deal in the area.

I LOVE the Lancaster SC Planet Fitness. Caitlin does a GREAT job making sure the gym stays clean and well run. Her special attention to detail is so appreciated! The equipment is kept in proper working order and pads are replaced quickly when showing signs of wear. I am truly grateful to have this as my home gym!
