I enjoy how friendly the staff are, almost everytime I am greeted with a smile or a hello and a smile or a have a nice day on the way out - to me this makes your business stand out. I enjoy seeing the facility maintained and cleaned often throughout my workouts and how tody and clean the washrooms/change rooms are. I also like the separate rooms and many machines. You could have another smithe machine or two, as those are often being used. I don't find i use the massage much myself, but the tanning is a huge bonus!

Paper towels and spray are always filled. There is a good assortment of equipment and enough space for people to spread out when it’s busy. I rarely see anything out of order which tells me whatever breaks is handled quickly. Front desk is always staffed and any concerns I bring up are received genuinely.
