I enjoy the large variety of machines and how they're not just free weights so we dont have to reload the plates frequently. Still yet to check out the spa but will soon enough. Friendly staff and love the price/bring a friend policy if you're a black card member. Also great that 14+ works out for free in the summer (promoting health and wellness to the youth).

Great place to work out! BUT I told employee that the leg press #12 in the 30 minute work out- the large peg that goes up and down. Up increases the weight --- it does not stay up. the next week it still did not work.

A good place to exercise, I really like working on the weight machines. I feel its gives a goid workout for the entire body! Good to walk on the treadmill. Employees are great, friendly and keep the machines clean and sanitized. Great workout!
