I really like that you upgrade the machines and add in new ones every so often. I also really appreciate the fact that the machines are always kept in good working condition, and that nothing is falling apart or faulty. This gym is always kept really clean and is a great environment to workout.

I like Planet Fitness. I have two complaints and a compliment. I) The restrooms. The establishment needs to have a secondary stationary beside the showers! I feel that having one shower and one shower certain, make it very uncomfortable for people such as myself. There needs to be another floor space with another certain so that you have more privacy. II) When referring a friend. This is more for HR. I had an issue because I referred my friend, they were not in a contract; however they were charged for the same fee that I was charged for which was an annual and monthly fee before the free month trial was up. HR I believe in innovation, I understand that PF has rules and regulations that both Managers and Staff members have to follow. However it’s frustrating to referral a friend, and then they get charged automatically. I am not mad. I am not upset. If there is something that I can do to help, please feel free to email me. My favorite thing about PF is the hammer stretch for your abs. That is one of my favorite. Everything is much cleaner than most Gyms, especially the one in Lawrence. To the Managers and Staff members, please keep up the excellent work.
