Everything at this location is well maintained and clean, it's very rare to see a machine down and if it is it's not for very long. Two employees that stand out the most to me are Damian and Vince, they take the time to get to know you and it isn't long before they know you by name which makes for a welcoming experience. They also make sure that things stay stocked and cleaned which makes for a smooth workout since I don't have to walk all around the gym trying to find some paper towels. All in all, one of the best gyms I've been to in a minute.

As a member, I like having a place where I can work out, visit with other members/friends, relax with massage or hydro massage, and tanning. The gym is kept clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The community of getting to better health , or working on physique is all inclusive here. The front desk staff is the face of the business and having kindness and smiles great each person coming and going is a bonus.

The staff here are my favorite and the facilities have everything you need. Both Vince and Rebbeca always greet me with a smile when I come on the weekends, which is to say no drop off from the amazing staff that work during the week. This hasn’t always been the case but as usual the manager is all over it and hired two weekend warriors. Appreciate that the staff listen to the customers and the willingness to address any issues. Could easily go workout on Fort Sill but people here make me feel welcomed!! The facilities speak for themselves everything you need!! Kevin Barr

Lovely place, with incredibly friendly staff. All of them are very welcoming and a majority of them are incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment. Vince has been working there for a while now, and he does a lovely job of greeting people, makes excellent conversation, and always has a good attitude. Lovely place

I love that the people are super friendly and kind!! The workers are constantly very kind and make the gym one of my best experiences! Especially sunny, she is always making sure the gym is in order, from cleaning to making sure everyone’s gym experience is lovely!

Variety of machines, non-judgemental atmosphere, and amazing staff. Every employee I've encountered is amazing; kind, helpful, energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because of the hours I visit, I most often see Damian and Sunny, who always greet me by name and encourage me.

Wonderful spot with an excellent crew! Damian, Rebecca, Vince and Jacob to name a few! So many nice patrons at this establishment as well! Gets a little busy sometimes, but it's always clean and the machines are all well kept up.
