Brandon, the manager is good to work with, cordial and has good business acumen.
His willingness to work with me on the renewal of two membership, mine and my wife's kept us from letting our membership lapse since we don't us our membership very much when there is good weather outside.
My experience has been a pretty good one. I did upgrade to the black card for a short while. Honestly I didn't like how lengthy it was to upgrade and really did not like how it was a lengthy process to go back to the classic membership. When I was joining I ended up signing documents several times (some confusion on the attendants part at the counter). I'm not sure why upgrades or downgrades can not be done through the app.
One issue I think that would be a quick solution: have paper towels available in the locker / bathroom.
Of all my investments made this year, Planet Fitness membership has been by far the best choice even made. My well being has improved greatly, i travel a lot, i can always find a PF anywhere I go, and I have come to always receive the same great treatment no matter location.
I love this planet fitness location. The staff are friendly and nice, the facilities are always clean. I really wish the staff were able to clean the tanning rooms in between each use as they do at South Ogden planet fitness. I spend a lot of time cleaning the beds before use because I don’t trust the person before me did an adequate job, and I’ve realized that the south Ogden staff saves me from having to do that. Just a simple recommendation that I think would benefit black card members in Layton!
We like the equipment available. We enjoy that most machines are open for us most of the time. The Layton, Utah location isn't the busiest around 9am so my wife and I can get in and get our tanning on and our sweat on no problem. Jackson is always nice to work with as well.
