The staff are always welcoming. The gym is relatively small compared to other gyms, which I like, and it has everything I need. I love the red light therapy machine and hydro beds.

The staff at the leduc location absolutely made the gym feel like home. They were my main motivation to go there every day for two years. I loved being a part of this gym community and thought I would never leave. Unfortunately, I had to due to medical reasons but the second I’m able to go back i 100% will. I never believed when people would say “I love the gym and love working out.” I thought they were crazy until I started working out at planet fitness. Jason is the best employee they have!! He is always so positive and kind and helps with any questions I have about any equipment or workouts.

I've enjoyed this gym. Bring my teenage sons with me, and they enjoy it. Everyone is friendly, from staff to the people visiting. It would be nice if Friday and Saturdays went a little later in the evenings.
