Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. Nice equipment. My only concern is people exercising (with floor mats/weights) in the walkway going downstairs to the locker room. It is inconvenient and could cause injury trying to walk around the perrson.

Clean, good machines that work out specific and ancillary muscle groups. Treadmills and ellipticals are very good, plenty of free wts as well. Nice temp inside. Friendly.

Although a smaller gym, it is great to get a quick workout in. Can get crowded, so expect delays. Being retired, I have the time many do not have. Friendly and helpful atmosphere with plenty of cardio equipment. Nice assortment of machines, but limited personal workout space. Also, only 2 showers available-just plan accordingly. One of the cleanest gyms I have been to.

The Televisions frequently are on the wrong channel. For instance on the FOX network TV they are always running FOX news instead of the regular FOX which cuts out all the sports especially all the football games. Nobody watches FOX news but your employees refuse to change it.
