The minute I walked through the door the ladies were greeting people. Bathroom was SPOTLESS, the place was ice cold (I LOVE that), it smelled good, I’m not sure what they do or use for an air freshener but can you send it to Rochester too! The whole time I was there (an hour) there was a lady walking around vacuuming & cleaning. Outstanding job! When I left the ladies acknowledged I was leaving. If I didn’t live so far away, id go there daily.

Three times a week, I go to the Planet Fitness in Lee, NH and I am 88 years old. For several years I have been impressed with the staff, especially Chris, who is always helpful and friendly and looks after me. I am also pleased with the manager, Marie, who keeps a close eye on things and runs a tight ship. When I inform her of any problem, such as a broken machine or a lack of hot water, she takes care of it quickly. She takes it personally if something is amiss and is always cordial and polite. People like this are hard to find and make all the difference!

Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. Nice equipment. My only concern is people exercising (with floor mats/weights) in the walkway going downstairs to the locker room. It is inconvenient and could cause injury trying to walk around the perrson.
