I appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and the kindness of the staff when I check in. I have asked for help a couple of times from various staff members and have always received the help needed. Although I am at the gym super early in the morning, the staff members are always kind and personable.

The staff is friendly, someone always greats you on your way in and says goodbye on your way out. Very helpful with questions, someone is always tidying up the bathroom or wiping down surfaces…. There’s no “gym intimidation” present and being able to enjoy the massage chairs or hydro massaging beds/lounges feels like a reward after a good workout.

Judgement free gym! The employees are wonderful and helpful. We have been to other PF but the Leesburg one has all of the best equipment and a lot of it. The employees are always cleaning. And they keep the restrooms immaculate!
