I love the positive energy of this location. I travel past a closer gym because the front desk people are just nicer - they notice when you come in and recognize you. I like that. I also love, love, love that the Whitford location has "geriatric hour" - that time where all the older people congregate. It makes me so happy to see people talking and waving at each other - it feels like it's not only my gym, but it's becoming my community.

I highly recommend planet fitness but there is one issue I do not like, you can’t pick a date for payment to come out. It’s suppose to come out in the 17th but doesn’t come out for days later. Which cause me to have a 15.00 return fee plus the 24.99 a month.

I really like when the front desk people smile and say hello when you enter. A welcoming greeting is so encouraging. I do understand how some of the younger people can be a little shy about doing so, especially when some of the members are grumpy and dismissive. However, it is a good lesson to learn in life, that you must keep a cheery attitude when working in a public arena. NO MATTER how YOU are feeling nor how customers are acting.
