This gym provides a space where you can lift and not feel like the associates are trying to get you kicked out. Grunting a little and setting heavy weights down are natural. This gym seems to respect that.

I love that I am greeted every time I come in and told to have a great day when I leave. Staff is all very nice and knowledgeable. There is always someone cleaning something and it shows. I don’t feel judged and can always find someone to help me if I have a question about how to use equipment.

The amount of machines in such a large space is helpful so you don't feel like you are waiting on machines, then spacing between machines is more than adequate, the friendliness of the staff creates a good atmosphere, and the equipment is up to date.

I like the atmosphere, and equipment. I do wish trainer would work with a new member a little more. Just showing how the equipment works isn't enough for some of us. Get the new member to get on the equipment and walk them through everything again.

I love working out at Planet Fitness. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My husband and I like that there are always treadmills open. We also do the weight circuit.

I love your gym. You have a good variety of equipment and enough space for everyone to workout, even when busy. I would suggest doing a better job with keeping the equipment in tip-top shape. The exercise balls always need air. They should be filled a lot more than they are currently. I would love to see a step in the 360 room like the ones in the 30 minute room.
