The Lincolnwood IL location is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and always greets me upon entering the facility. They do a great job of maintaining/cleaning everything. Machines are in working order. If there's an issue with a machine, it typically doesn't stay out of service that long. The value I get for what I pay monthly is exceptional.

I go early morning, before 5am, during the week. The staff on duty at that time are wonderful. They always have a smile on their faces and they are regularly cleaning the facility.

it's cleaner than other spaces. People keep to themselves and don't lear. The only thing I don't like are some new machines(e.g.biceps)
