The amount of equipment, studio rooms is perfect. Usually don’t get greeted like Preston location. Need more wipes or paper towel dispensers. And omg the turf is amazing and helpful!

Good variety of equipment, especially squat racks, platforms, and free weights. Would be a 10 if planet fitness bothered to tell members to clean up after themselves. So tired of cleaning up after other members before I can start my work

Good equipment and weight stations for the price. Wish you all could keep up on stocking the antibacterial wipes. They always seem to be out. When out, no one wipes down the machines after use.

Came here because it was close to where I had a nail appt. Was pleasantly surprised. I know this used to be a TX Family Fitness. Facilities are way nicer than normal PF. Hope they keep all this nice equipment and don’t change it to the usual PF stuff. Lots of mirrors. Natural lighting and two classrooms good for stretching in private

Excellent equipment, great location, cleanliness and staff are great. Need to install the tanning beds to ensure black card members are receiving full benefits. Also, would be great if the age for children, under the supervision of an adult of course could be 11 vs the current 13 years old required to get a membership.

Staff is very helpful. Christian is my personal trainer and is supportive and is patient to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. He has been helpful in working with my schedule and getting me set up on the excel fitness app. Page sets a good example of his team and made me feel welcome and explained all of the programs.

It is new & woundful fitness center in Dallas, All the machines are new & advance , but lot of TV are not in working order & in restroom no Brown paper dispensers to dry hands . Needful may kindly be done

The environment was pleasant for my workout. While I only did cardio on the second level I was able to watch others workout on the machines.
