The machine were all up to date equipment. The machines were very clean. The machines were well spaced apart. The atmosphere was light and breezy . I was very comfortable . The showers was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. I was greeted as I enter and explained that I was from the Derry Planet Fitness in which the men’s room locker and bathroom are in repair. There was no problem in gaining admission to the gym. Thank you

I like the gym alot! The only issue is the clientele. They don't abide by the rules. Many don't clean their machines. Also, they are rude in the 30 min. room and hog machines when others are on the circuit! Maybe, having more interaction of the staff on these issues would help!!!

Your front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are clean. You have a good selection of equipment, and it seems to be well-maintained so far. I recommend not putting your out-of-order signs on the equipment seat, as the color blends in and it's hard to see. I watched two members load up and sit right down without noticing the sign. I would like to see more hand sanitizer stations, or at least the one in the functional area kept filled. I realize you must purchase your paper towels in bulk and look for the most reasonably priced. However, I do find that it doesn't absorb the cleaning spray very well. Have you ever considered either a better quality paper towel or the wipes that already have the solution on them?

Have been to Derry and Salem on a regular basis....LONDONDERRY is MY FIRST CHOICE BY FAR. Londonderry staff in general is very friendly and welcoming....environment is clean, machines operate as they should and the features work as designed. Derry lots of the machines do NOT operate properly, such as HEART RATE on the tread mills as an example. Reports to staff over several months made no difference. Salem, staff not too friendly and not as clean as Londonderry. Londonderry IS my destination.

The shower water smells like eggs sometimes and goes hot and cold a lot. Monday through Wednesday the bathroom is clean, but Thursday morning it is a dirty mess.

Ari has been doing an amazing job managing the club, it’s always clean and her staff is awesome! There isn’t a time that you don’t see Ari, Dennis or Robbie running around cleaning something! Dennis always greets you with a smile as well as Robbie! I can’t say enough about how much I love this place!
