Your busy scale seems to only use 3 bars. 3 bars can mean there are 30% of the machines available or just 15%......a big difference. Someone should tweak your algorithm so there is not the compression in the display. Many machines are used much too long because a person does a rep, then sits on their phone for 5 minutes, then another rep, then on the phone for 5 minutes, then another rep........
