This is the first time at this location and the staff at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. I asked if they had a barbell pad that I can use because I left mine in the car. The person at the front desk asked one of his fellow staff member on the flooe to bring one to me at the desk. The gym is clean not packed and it was 5pm and I didn't have to wait for a machine.

In comparison to other locations, this location is always clean and sees a lot less people so you can actually move around and get your workout in without waiting forever for equipment to be free. This location is also properly stocked with equipment (like more than 1 set of 20lbs dumbbells - like another location) so you can get in the best workout and not have people bothering you for weights or to use the machine next. I also love the layout of this gym and how all the machines for back and legs, etc are all grouped together so there is no guessing as to where to find a machine. This is also the only location where i actually feel comfortable trying new machines I haven’t before.

The staff but I am not happy about the firing of Lauretta.. Lauretta made that place run and the reason why the gym got the ratings that it did . I have referred many disabled people to PF as I’m physically disabled.
I have VIP membership and I was hoping to get a call from management to discuss this move further . Ty
