The staff is great, friendly and always helpful. Alfa the trainer he always helps me to improve my fitness goals. The manager is new, I don't have much interaction with him, but the previous manager Loretta was great, she helped the improvement of cleanliness ate the gym.

This is the first time at this location and the staff at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. I asked if they had a barbell pad that I can use because I left mine in the car. The person at the front desk asked one of his fellow staff member on the flooe to bring one to me at the desk. The gym is clean not packed and it was 5pm and I didn't have to wait for a machine.
