They are consistent and do not make dramas. They respected when I had to close my membership and did not have any sneaky moves to try. I had peace as a client while my time there lasted. The only thing I do not like is having to ask for a massage bed or not having independence with that.

I love planet fitness. There are many different machines that I can use. I have fibromyalgia, so I need to be able to use machines vs free weights. After my workout I love using the hydro massage beds in the black card area. I appreciate the cleanliness of every area.
