I came into the club on Sunday, March 23, 2025 around noon and the gentleman (African american/Black) with big braids in his hair was very helpful and professional. As a new member to the club he assisted me in getting the planet fitness app on my phone set up. He was very helpful and showed me how to use the app upon entering the club in the future. It was a pleasant experience dealing with him and he was professional in how he handled the entire transaction. This type of customer service is appreciated and is not at all that common. This gentleman is an asset to your organization.
