Great atmosphere with a lot of exercise machines and areas to trained. No judgment zone as you see various shapes and sizes of humans. I go after work between 5-6pm and always find machines available to use. I will definitely recommend it. P. DiMaria

1. The affordability. 2. The convenience of the Black Card to visit multiple locations. 3. The ability to bring a guest. Sometimes I bring my mother so that she can get her steps in while she recovers from a major surgery. 4. The people and workers are respectful. 5. As a woman, I feel safe at the gym compared to going to a park for a run or a walk.
