It is always clean, employees are friendly and it is big enough that I have never had to wait for equipment.

Most things EXCEPT for the clear windows lining the gym. It is not comfortable to have shoppers of the mall able to see in. It's even worse to see people sitting in the mall massage chairs which face the gym with cellphones up. One cannot tell if they are being video recorded or photographed by people of the mall. The gym should be adjusted to be like all the other Planet Fitness. Such as the East Towne location which has coverings over the glass facing the mall for the comfort and privacy of gym attendees.
