Love the atmosphere! Makes me want to workout and try new machines. Also very clean, that is important. Enjoyed last summer's promotion when my daughter got to come with me as a guest. + Once found, easy location to get to All new equipment (though when down seems to take long time to repair/replace) Easy-to-talk-to staffing Enough lockers to handle surge times - Only 2 handicapped parking slots. and poorly marked [over the times I've been there, about 1/3 of the time non-HC vehicles are using the space/s] [Verona road location has 4 slots, and about the problem %age.] If weather is problem, and have to walk extra far, easier to not go in. & yes, I've left notes for non-HC vehicles in the slots, or who have parked into the 'safe zone' (space to open door to get in/out of vehicle) * If you prefer more mobile customers/members/not company concern, then don't address this concern.
