As a newest location, most equipment has been used less than other locations; wide variety and ample number of equipment allows easy transition from one to anothe. /I usually come during off-peak times, so usage is relativity easy./
For new/er or other members who haven't been here before, a slight challenge to locate it. Staff always seem knowledgeable.
My resistant notice/irritation is that this location only has -2- Handicapped slots. When the weather warms up again, they should be 'freshened up' paint, and actual signs.
Nearly every time I've attended, at least one space is taken by a non-marked vehicle.
Once I met a person and asked him to use the hanger (lic. plates would be less 'hassle'). Needless to say, he was [paraphrase] 'real members' don't need plates/hangers. Other locations I've used (E.Towne, Verona Rd) haven't been this way.
The facility is large, clean, well-lit, and has the most attentive, friendly staff of the 8-10 PF locations I've ever visited. Joy is an energetic, hard-working manager and is always there for her staff and customers. This location has cultivated a positive vibe that permeates from the top down and the customers can't help but to get caught up in this special culture. I truly feel lucky to have this location as my home base and feel spoiled every time I walk in!
I appreciate how spacious the new location is. The upkeep of the machines and the club is always good. I utilize the Black Card Spa on occasion, and find that as a very nice amenity. My only gripe is closing at 7 on Saturdays. If they could stay open until 10 it would benefit me. But otherwise, it’s a very good fitness club for the price.
