Everyone is always accommodating and helpful on each shift. I come during afternoon shift and stay through part of night shift and everyone working is very nice. Facility is always clean as well.

The staff are incredibly kind, super attentive and very welcoming. The facility itself is super clean. I’m a black card member and I love being able to use the tanning beds and hydro massages. The changing area is always clean. I also like being able to purchase tanning products there too. I’ve never had any issues with any exercise equipment. The patrons are always respectful too! I’ve gone to a few other Planet Fitness locations, but the Monona location is by far my favorite. Planet Fitness has made me actually want to go to the gym and has really been a wonderful experience for me. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
