I love Planet Fitness. I think there still needs tp be some understanding or a clearer definition of the 30-minute express workout. I don't mind having to skip a machine once in a while and go back but when people are on there for 10 min or jump on a machine right in front of me to then hang out and through off the circuit, its super frustrating. Last night I had to do sit-ups on the floor instead of the ab machine because a woman came in 3 min earlier and slowly did her workout and didn't think that she should move when it was my time to use that machine. I gave her ample time to do the machine in the space of a few red/green lights. Then I mentioned that she was in the 30-minute area and she got quite defensive. Before letting her know I looked around for the alternative abs machine and I didn't see it close to the circuit so I could see the light. SO maybe adding an ab machine (and triceps machine) right outside the 30 min course would help us that use that space. I don't mind going to another machine, but I do mind when people come and sit in the 30-minute area on a machine for more than 5 min.

I like most everything. I wish there were more leg press machines - there's only the one and sometimes people hog it. Also there's an abandoned bicycle (or what's left of a bicycle) at the rack and that makes it hard to park my bike there. It's in the way and it gives me anxiety that parts of my bike might get stolen too. Is there a camera that watches that bike rack? There should be, and the abandoned bike parts should be removed please. Thank you.

It's a very open, welcoming space - even at peak times, I never feel crowded like I do in other gyms. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any needs and requests. The place is spotless!

It's so clean. Staff seem really committed to keeping the equipment spotless. The bathroom/shower/locker area is also immaculate. The only issue I've had is in the winter, the parking lot is pretty treacherous. I've slipped and fallen a couple of times

everything about the Monona Planet Fitness is very good: machines, personnel, cleanliness etc. i use the back room on the right to do my stretching exercises. There are several machines located there that no one seems to use and take up valuable space. It is difficult for more than 4 persons to use the open floor area at one time. There are other areas of the larger room where these machines could be located. Thanks!
