The facility is huge and well kept. The variety of equipment is perfect. Every morning at the gym, I see the staff cleaning the machines, floors, and windows. The staff is also very friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be the cleaning of the bathroom showers. They do not seem to be cleaned regularly.

Good variety of equipment, maintained regularly. Often see some staff involved in cleaning/wiping down pieces & keeping the sanitizer & paper towels stocked.
Also have some handicapped slots available, and very few non-hangers/license plates taking the slots. Much different than the new West Towne location, which only has -2- /barely marked,
signs/slots. Most of the times I've been there to use, or just driven by - non HC vehicles are taking those up - which signifies PF has little regard for HC people.

The large facility.
Could someone sweep up the many pieces of cement chips that are outside in front of the fitness center. All these little chips make the front look very unkept. Should not take very long to sweep up the entire front of the center near the door and in front of the windows. I believe some of these chips might be winter salt.
You have nice employees.
Challenging when the staff doesn't keep up with stocking the bathroom with toilet paper or paper towels in the locker room area.
