The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The new equipment is definitely a plus! With that said, when equipment starts to break down, which it will, get it fixed in a timely fashion. Please don’t wait months or longer to make needed repairs. The cleanliness of this facility is also outstanding! I always see the staff cleaning the equipment and picking up miscellaneous paper towels etc that have fallen on the floor. I am really very pleased with this planet fitness!

It's a good PF club. The folks who work there do a good job of keeping it clean and in good order. The new machines are a nice step up. However... The new stair machines have an unfortunate quirk. When stepping on the lower step while getting off, it moves, often down to a 45 degree angle. The steps do not lock in place until after to step off. This is dangerous, especially if you're not expecting it. First time this happened to me, I nearly slid off and could have hurt myself. Someone should let Life Fitness know so they can fix this flaw. Most (not all) people do not bother to wipe down the equipment with disinfectant. The Mahopac club could certainly use additional cleaning stations. Perhaps if they were more convenient, people would use them more. I'm glad to see that most of the cleaning stations have been fixed and re-attached to the walls (they had been literally falling off), but they still don't all have hand sanitizer. Your video asks users to wipe down the equipment, but perhaps more emphasis on this would be helpful.

Love the new equipment and the new gym arrangement. Makes the gym look much bigger and spacious. Staff is friendly and they seem to keep the gym pretty clean. If a machine is out of commission, they get it taken care of pretty quickly.
