I like the crowd at this location specifically. Very large mix of different people and not a lot of hard core gym people that are lunk type so I feel very comfortable being myself here. I also like the crowd levels at this location a lot. The bedford one can get pretty packed. The front desk members are helpful and friendly. The facility is extremely clean. I enjoy the spa here too.

It is an opportunity to let you know about the $30 gift card that you offered to the members. It was nothing more than spam. The Nift is Spam and making a lot of money in this and other cases . 1. The first one I tried, they wanted us to become a member for Yitty for $60 a month in order to use the $30 gift card that they claim it is from Yitty for new members. 2. The second one that I tried Charmed Candle gift, that ignored the $30 gift card and they give us $50 discount to by candle and we have to pay the rest of it. Nothing less than $69.99 plus shipping and handling. 3. The time I was checking Yitty on line I got 5 emails from Yitty. I finally stopped. 4. They sold our home address, email address, and telephone numbers to other businesses. 5. I am receiving between 60 to 100 email a day from so many different businesses. 6. Please stop the Nift and have them to remove our information from the list that they sold to businesses. Otherwise, something very bad going to happen. Thank You!

Plenty of space to work out, great staff, very friendly. Some new machines have been added. What I would like to see is a new machine added called the belt squat. This machine would help those who have problems doing regular squats or the Smith machine squat. This would be a better alternative to help them out that would put less stress on their shoulders and back and put it on their hips and midsection and would still be a great workout for them.

It has a lot of available equipment. It's relatively clean. Only one offensive gym user but otherwise a good place to workout in. It has changed in the past 2 years, there are less entitled people there so it's not a struggle or a confrontation to use the equipment anymore.

The facility is very clean and has all of the equipment that I need. I rarely have to wait for a machine and if I do, there is usually another machine open or opening up. Staff is nice and the wifi is helpful to check emails/messages between sets. One note, it would be nice if there were more signs telling customers not to make phone calls in the workout areas. Thanks!
