People who worked at USA were great. What did kinda of suck was the equipment ratio. Way too many elliptical stairmasters and too few other machines/free weights that I always had to wait for. Despite this great job.

You didn't have the work out equipment that I need first. Then you charged me a late fee and I know I gave you the right information. The manager was just completely dismissive and disrespectful. And wouldn't refund me the late charge for something he thought himself my be an accident. If my costumer service ant your priority because it NYC. I'll take my business some where else even if I have to pay more. I ant paying to be disrespected....

I was transferred to this location after my original location closed, and like the location much better. They guy at the front desk was able to check me in easily and I liked that everything, including the bathroom, was on the same floor. When I was having trouble figuring out an elliptical machine, someone who worked there took the time to help me.

What I enjoy most about Union square planted fitness is the cleanliness of the gym. 9 times out of 10 the machines are always working; the staff are very friendly.

Dynamic workers always courtesy to the public which I noticed some members are rude. Only upgrade is to have workers rotate every 30 minutes to clear area where the elevator. Some people are subject to get injured exiting the elevator. In the event if there is not enough staff to monitor the area. Option place poles and rope off the area. Post SIGNS indicating area is not for workout or matts.
