I enjoyed the gym location, customer service at the front desk everyone was friendly. The gym can get crowded during the evening time, making a difficult to use the machines. I had to wait several times to use the machines. Other than that the gym is great. I love the location and I’m going to continue to keep coming back there.

This location is JUST open enough. There is JUST enough space here. I rate 9/10 because of this. Usually always clean and when I visit it isn't impossibly crowded (10AM-3PM).

This is a very well run facility and customer friendly staff, offering great value at a reasonable price. Union Square location has a diverse variety of equipment for all physical fitness goals. Exercise floor and locker rooms are always clean. Awesome air-conditioning system does a magnificent job. Joining this gym was the best decision I ever made.

I love that the weight machines wasn't packed. It was very up-to-date and clean equipment. It wasn't packed so it was easy to get my workout in and switch machines. All those small highly recommend people to come to this location.
