It is clean, the other patrons are aware and friendly to each other, as well as the staff. It is also not busy during the "off-peak" timeframe I like to do in between the early morning and lunch rush. The only negative comment I have is the sporadic cleanliness of the men's showers and availability of hot water in certain showers.

I like how punctual they are in the morning. I only have from 5am to 6am to get in my workout. I’m happy that there’s always someone there opening on time. The gym is picked up for the most part. I just wish that the showers were cleaner.
