It's very clean,the staff does a good job.It's friendly ,I feel at home when I'm there.The staff is very polite,and knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell.I like the perks I receive with the Black Card,like the massage machines,the unlimited tanning.The Nautilus equipment is a plus, because I work out alone,I don't need a spotter.I like the many options of equipment there is available to me.I like the fact I can catch up with my sports when I'm there.It's nice to have unlimited water supply,I go through a lot when I work out.I almost forgot one of the most important parts,with my Military discount ,makes it' affordable for me.I like the fact that the Staff says ,have a good workout,I don't need the extra encouragement because I give it all I have. But it sure is nice to hear, it's the Personal touch.That matters to me.
