I have been a member for two years at the Maple Grove gym. Recently the club has been so dirty especially the women’s bathrooms. There has been really dirty toilets that you can tell haven’t been cleaned very well. Today 4 out of the 5 toilets so filthy I couldn’t use them and the other one was out of toilet paper. They were the same way 4 days earlier when I was there. I went to the front desk and the young worker told me they hired a girl and she quit after the first day and the trainer said it was the night shift workers job to clean them. Maybe a cleaning crew needs to be hired and not count on the younger workers that would rather sit behind the desk on their phones or listening to music with their ear buds. It seems like the only time anyone is really cleaning is when the boss is coming around to check the club out.I usually don’t complain but this has been going on too long. My husband and I are both Black Card members.

Best Planet fitness I've been to so far, although I'll wait on my review of the new manager for a while. Maple Grove is fairly clean, machines are always fixed right away, staff is friendly and Rich is great to talk with. I asked if the one bar bell machine could be moved over 2 times but have not seen any action yet. Would be nice as Maple Grove needs more benches for doing free weights. Still the best place to workout with nice people.

Planet Fitness has everything I need, from machines, weights. There is always plenty of whatever I would like to use. Everything is always very clean and in perfect condition. I go to Maple Grove, and the staff is the best. They are there to greet you. They always greet you with a smile, a little chit chat, wishing you well. Always wish you well when you're leaving. Always helpful. I enjoy the My club.

Crank up the tunes! I notice most people use headphones. I don’t, I just enjoy the background music. It’s often fairly quiet! Or maybe I’ve just gone to too many concerts & hearing doesn’t work as well as it used to. :) Not a huge increase, just some. That would be my only suggestion/feedback. I love coming in, otherwise.

There is a newer guy that has been working early mornings and he is SUPER nice and friendly. It was a great change at the club! I would say the locker rooms during the winter haven't been as clean as I used to see them (salt on the floors, dirty lockers from shoes).
