I recently visited another Planet Fitness location, and while the environment was acceptably clean, unfortunately, the staff members were not as affable as those at the PF Canton location. Perhaps the powers that be - the higher-ups - should use the PF Canton Rd location as a model for best practices. Whatever training the staff is doing over at PF Canton Rd engages in, it should be shared with their sister locations, because it works, it's effective, and they definitely make their customers feel welcome, almost like a part of a family. Thank you, PF Canton Rd.
