I would rate the facility a 10 it’s much nicer than the other one I visit. However, the young man at the desk was super rude to me. Always on his phone and when I asked for assistance for the hydro bed he acted very annoyed and very rude. It was as if I was a bother to him for asking to turn on the bed. Other than that experience, facility was very good.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. I love the circuit express and workout 360 area because it's more private than being out in the open area. I love the massage chairs, hydro beds and will try the red light therapy booth soon.

Convenience and access. Cost matches expectations. I don't like the amount of people that don't re-rack weights, put equipment back where it was, etc. The level of inconsideration in the gym is a concern that I would share in recommending the gym. Staff is friendly.

It’s close and meets my work out needs. Thankful to have Jessica the trainer. I would suggest more regular greasing those 5 lb weights on the machines in the 30 minute room. They can be very hard to move sometimes. Thanks!

The Front desk staff is helpful &polite.They are able to answer my questions or concerns. If they do not know the answer the say so but will take my contact info and then get back to me with the answer.The 2 locations I work out at in Marietta /Kennesaw are always neat tidy and clean.
