It's a clean facility. All the equipment is in excellent condition and is well-maintained. The staff has been friendly and helpful. It's never been so crowded that I had to wait to use any of the equipment. I'm 100% satisfied with my membership.

The employees are friendly. Under the new manager people are at the front desk almost all the time. In the past 3-4 years, you often had to wait at the front desk to get assistance for several minutes. The new manager seems to have a more dedicated staff for the morning shift when I normally go there. I like how things are spaced out and neat. I love the black card stuff for my back.
