The staff is very nice and helpful. The gym is very clean, along with the locker room. The only thing that would be nice is better chairs in the changing rooms. It would also be nice if there where stands in all the changing rooms. It would also be nice to have some things offered either later in the evening or on the weekends. For those that work, it's hard to make it in during working hours. Other than that, you guys are doing freat!

Probably the biggest gym in the area. I don't know of another gym except the Ymca, which is more expensive. Hours make it possible to workout anytime that fits in your schedule. Staff are always friendly.
