Two reasons: 1. The morning front desk staff: always smiling, willing to help, asking how it's going. Kudos to the desk staff for not zoning out and making our day. Kudos to the management, you definitely hired the right people for the job. One gentleman is consistently nice, his smile lights up my morning. 2. The cleanliness: Most of the time someone is cleaning the floors, the equipment, etc. I have never noticed the gym being dirty of in disrepair.

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for about three and a half months now, and it’s my first time being part of a gym. When I first walked through those doors—the day after signing up online—I honestly had no idea what to expect. I’ll admit, it was a little intimidating at first since I didn’t really know where to start, but those nerves faded fast. The staff has been incredibly helpful with any questions I’ve had, and the other members have been just as friendly and welcoming. Now, a few months later, I can confidently say I have zero regrets about joining—I actually look forward to going every day. I’ve made amazing progress with my health and fitness since joining, and it’s truly been a life-changing experience for me. To top it off, I even convinced a friend to sign up recently, and they’ve been enjoying it just as much as I have. Planet Fitness has genuinely made working out something I enjoy and look forward to, and I couldn’t be happier with that. Thank you.

Clean, friendly atmosphere, love the No Judgement Zone signs every where. The TVs are great. The employees are knowledgeable about the equipment, app and Spa. Lots of each type of equipment so no waiting in line to use one.
