What I like is the low cost for no frills, simple workout! I also love the massage lounges after a good workout! They are open long hours and have plenty of aerobic equipment for even the most busy times of day. Sometimes you do have to wait for the popular weight machines. And lately the television pictures and sound have been frozen or mixed up-I wish they would get those fixed-it has been almost a month. However, the staff is friendly and keeps the place clean.

The young man, Aiden, who works weekends there is super friendly and nice. He is always helpful with instructions on proper machine use, and workout tips. All the other employees there are also so friendly! They always remember me and ask about me.

I really enjoy coming to my home gym location. I wish we had a little more variety on some of the exercise machines. There are newer versions out and available that we don’t have at this location. Other than that place is clean and staff is friendly. Atmosphere is great!
