I don't go as often as I would like to, but every time I'm glad that I belong to this gym. The gym is always clean, everyone is friendly, and the environment is positive.

I needed some help with my account at the Martinsburg WV, planet fitness. Sabrina, was available, she dropped what she was working on and got on the computer tried to help, we needed to contact t another planet fitness and she grabbed her personal cell phone, got in touch with the other franchise, explained the issue and got everything resolved on the spot. This type of above and beyond effort (which saved me close to 3 hrs. of driving) is more than what I would have expected. Hopefully Sabrina is recognized for her superior service.
