It’s always clean, and the staff is super nice. Only complaint was the water machine was out of service and it was the one time I didn’t fill my bottle before heading out, but I know that’s not their fault!

It's roomy, clean and the staff are always willing to help and are always friendly. Up to date machines and great black card benefits like the hydrobed and the massage chair. It's a great location

The facility is clean and the most members tend to keep the equipment clean. There are plenty of equipment options to choose from during a workout. The Martinsburg gym had two chest-fly machines previously and now down to one and it tends to be a popular apparatus even in the less busy hours. Please consider obtaining a second piece of equipment for this muscle group. Staff is friendly and helpful but not fully aware, at times, of the cleaning stations needing refills at the more popular areas of the facility.
